• MLM program: Participation is voluntary and subject to published plan rules, eligibility (incl. KYC), and compliance with applicable laws. We do not guarantee earnings; see Disclaimer.

5) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices include/exclude taxes as indicated at checkout; GST will be shown where applicable.
• We accept various payment methods via third‑party gateways; you agree to their terms.
• Orders are offers to purchase; we may accept or cancel (with refund) due to stock, pricing errors, or risk checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FameLadder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the last 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FameLadder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
