Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Please review the conditions below for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Refund Policy

Refund initiation will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Credit back to the source account usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days after approval. Replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 7–10 business days after pickup.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are typically 5–7 business days depending on the customer’s location.

1) Return window

Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals, labels, and freebies intact, unless a longer period is mandated by law or explicitly offered on the product page.

2) Eligibility & condition

  • Provide order ID, photos of the item/packaging, and reason for return.
  • Items must be in resellable condition; tampered or opened skincare/cosmetics are generally non‑returnable for hygiene/safety reasons unless damaged/defective on arrival.
  • For size/variant exchanges (if applicable), the item must be unused and exchangeable stock available.

3) Non‑returnable items

  • Opened/used cosmetics or products with broken seals (except DOA/defective).
  • Gift cards, coupons, or downloadable content.
  • Services (home salon appointments once rendered) and subscription fees already consumed.

4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos showing the issue. We may offer replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.

5) Return pickup & shipping

Where available, we’ll arrange a pickup. Otherwise, ship to the address we provide. Keep the courier receipt. Return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

6) Refund method & timeline

After QC, refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary). Shipping/handling fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7) Order cancellations

You can cancel before dispatch from My Orders or by contacting support. If already dispatched, please refuse delivery or request a return after delivery (as per policy).

8) Subscriptions & digital services

Subscription fees (e.g., influencer tools or plans) are generally non‑refundable once the billing cycle starts. You may cancel auto‑renewal any time to avoid future charges. Partial/prorated refunds are provided only if explicitly stated in the plan details or required by law.

9) MLM commissions & wallet

Commission calculations follow our published MLM plan rules. Once paid out or transferred to your bank/wallet, amounts are not reversible except for error correction or chargebacks/fraud investigations.

  • Include: order ID, issue description, photos/videos, and preferred resolution.
